Phase 1 (Days 1-2) - Loading/Binge Days Start taking HF-15/30, 3 times per day as directed on your bottle label. Eat anything you want during these two days, especially foods high in fat. These "loading" days are very important energy-building days that can help minimize hunger pangs while you are transitioning to a very low calorie diet.

Phase 2 (Days 3-30 MAX) - VLCD Continue taking HF-15/30, 3 times per day as directed on your bottle label and begin the strict, Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) as explained in this brochure.
