Step 1: The 7 Day Cleanse with Oxy-Powder®
Start by taking 4 capsules with an 8 oz. glass of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before going to bed. If you do not achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serving size by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved. Continue this quantity for 7 consecutive days.
Suggestions •Drink plenty of purified or distilled water while taking Oxy-Powder® to help remove toxins. •You can also add the juice of half a lemon into your water to boost the effectiveness of Oxy-Powder®.
Step 2: Suggested Slimirex® Protocol (Begin upon completion of step 1)
Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) 2 times daily, 20 minutes before meals. To maximize the benefits and absorption of Slimirex®, take when you are in a relaxed, parasympathetic state (see below)
Suggestions •Once your weight management goals are reached, Slimirex® can be used to maintain your weight. Parasympathetic vs. Sympathetic Conditions
Your Sympathetic nervous system provides the "flight or fight" response which allows you to adapt to conditions of anxiety or stress. Your Parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for healing, recharging and repairing your body! When people are relaxed they enter into the parasympathetic state which can improve the digestion of the food they eat, the effectiveness of the supplements they take, and the ability to deal with stress as a whole. One of the fastest ways to transition from a sympathetic state to a parasympathetic state in under 2 minutes is deep breathing. To calm your body, sit in a quiet area, close your eyes and take 9 deep breaths from your belly all the way up through your upper lungs. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
