Making the perfect Smartcake®, Smartbun®, and Smartmuf’n® is both a science and a skill – it’s not easy always being this tasty and there is a cost to never using unhealthy preservatives. Our smarter baking methods have many variables and believe us it takes practice! Even the relative humidity and seasonal climate changes can make our unique baking process all the more complicated to deliver our exceptional healthy baked goods at the highest expectations of our customers.  Even at our bakeries, in stores, during delivery and the subsequent handling processes getting our products to your door, we admit, doesn’t always go flawlessly.  We feel disheartened if it doesn’t come to you perfect each and every time.
